“Clos du Puy” is a single-plot cuvée from Domaine des Pothiers in AOC Côte Roannaise. Made from Gamay Saint-Romain planted on granite soil, this clos enjoys an exceptional microclimate and a beautiful south-eastern exposure. It will pair well with a Côte à l’os de bœuf Charolais or pork cheeks with beer, honey and sage.
