Sourced from 64-year-old vines in Culles-les-Roches, located in the Côte Chalonnaise between Buxy and Montagny, and planted on pink granite. The wine is aged for 10 months in barrels (20% new), followed by an additional 2 months in tanks. It is bottled without fining or filtering, with 50-55 ppm of sulfur added at bottling.
