Named after Jerome’s daughter, the Orane cuvée originates from two parcels situated at the base of the slope in Brochon and Gilly-les-Citeaux. It is whole cluster pressed and aged for 12 months in barrels (0-20% new), with minimal sulfur added before bottling (50-55 ppm).
