1800 Tequila Anejo GuachiMonton

Inspired by the Jaliscos circular pyramids or Los Guachimontones, 1800 has crafted a 100% agave, aejo tequila with a unique process and flavor. Exclusive from the inside out, 1800 Guachimonton is made from 100% Weber blue agave harvested at the peak of maturity. Carefully steamed in traditional masonry ovens for 36 hours, it is double-distilled using copper stills for a smoother, cleaner flavor. The special spirit is aged in new American oak barrels, then finished in ex-Orange Tequila Liquor casks – a nod to the orange trees that were once cultivated in this part of Jalisco, Mexico.
