2014 Anne-Sophie Dubois, Fleurie, Clepsydre

Les Labourons (formerly Clepsydre) takes its name from the lieu-dit in Fleurie where many of her plots form an amphitheater of sorts. This wine celebrates the very finest selections of the vineyard, and as such is made in a true Burgundian fashion – 100% de-stemmed and vinified completely in 228L barrels. This is the most age-worthy, deep wine and rewards time in the cellar or a decanter.
