2017 l’Anglore, Tavel, Vintage

Crafted from a single parcel of 70 year old vines, this wine undergoes a minimum aging of 18 months in demi-muids before it is released. Eric aimed to explore the boundaries with his rose, setting aside a specific parcel for separate aging. He uses used Burgundy barrels from Frederic Cossard and the wine is not fined, filtered or sulfured.
