2017 Marie Courtin, Concordance Extra Brut

Entirely Pinot Noir from 35-40 year old vines in Kimmeridgian soils. This cuvée is vinified entirely without sulfur, this version in tank with native yeasts. After 3 years sur lie in bottle, there is zero dosage on the final wine. Wide open in its youth, these are already showing beautifully exotic fruits and herbal tones.
