2018 Elise Bougy, Vibration ML Grand Cru, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger

From Mesnil-sur-Oger, entirely Chardonnay from the famous ploit’s chalky soils. This is Elise’s first bottling of the Vibration, which is fermented and aged in one 600L demi-muid and one 300L barrel. After ten months the wine moves to bottle for its secondary fermentation, and it is aged on the lees 42 months total, under natual cork. Disgorged in December 2022 with zero dosage. 637 bottles produced.
