From Les Mesneux in Montagne de Reims, comprised of Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier from sandy, chalky and clay soils.. This is Elise’s first bottling of the Vibration, which is fermented and aged in one 600L demi-muid. After eight months the wine moves to bottle for its secondary fermentation, and it is aged on the lees 44 months total, under natual cork. Finished with zero dosage and aged 6 months in bottle before release.
