2018 Jerome Galeyrand, Bouzeron, Vieilles Vignes

Sourced from old vines planted on pink granite in Culles-les-Roches. This wine undergoes 10 months of aging in barrels, 20% of which are new, followed by an additional 2 months in tanks. The winemaking process includes bottling without fining or filtering, with a judicious addition of 50-55 ppm of sulfur at bottling.
