2020 Brendan Stater-West, Saumur, Breze Blanc

This wine originates exclusively from a 60 year old, south/southwest parcel named L’Ardillon in the commune of Breze. Malolactic fermentation is avoided due to the low pH levels and cool temperatures in the cellar. The wine is matured for 12 months in barrels on fine lees, followed by an additional 6 months in stainless steel.
