2020 Domaine Danjou-Banessy, Les Myrs, Cotes du Roussillon

100% Carignan from a 1 ha parcel of 100+ year old vines and planted on schist and marl topsoil over a limestone bedrock in the “Terres Noir” of Espira de l’Agly with yields around 20 hl/ha. The domaine is certified Organic and practicing Biodynamic. The wine is aged for 20 months in used barrels and bottled by gravity in accordance with the phase of the moon.
