2020 Domaine Ogereau, Anjou, Les Tailles Cabernet Franc

Les Tailles is vinified half in similar tanks, half in 500-liter barrels after a 25-day maceration, the emphasis on finesse with no punch-downs, only aiming to derive the delicate aromatics and color. Aged in underground tile-lined tanks, the final wine beautifully sleek with soft tannins, red fruits and dried herbs.
