Made of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Les Mesneux in Montagne de Reims, where the soils are a mix of sand, clay and limestone. Fermented and aged 8 months in foudre and 228L barrels, before 20 months on the lees in bottle, under natural cork. Finished without dosage, and aged 6 months further in bottle before release.
