40% Jacquère, 30% Roussanne, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Mondeuse Blanche, planted on poor mica and schist soils from Coteau de Cevins. The wine is vinified whole cluster in barriques that are two to three years old, then aged for 12 months in barrique. It is bottled after light filtration, with only one gram of sulfur added at bottling.
