This field blend comprises 85% Mencia, complemented by several other grape varieties sourced from the same parcel including Merenzao, Brancellao, Caíño, Sousón, Mouratón, Alicante, Godello, Palomino, and more. The vines are aged between 25 to 60 years and situated in Ribeira Sacra, the grapes undergo partial destemming, fermentation takes place in concrete, and an 11-month aging period in barrels.
