2021 Henri Naudin-Ferrand, Bourgogne, Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc

Sourced from En Bully in Pernand-Vergelesses, a blend of Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc from vines dating back to 1969, with later plantings in the early 2000s. Grapes are pressed into tank and barrel, some of which are new. Gentle batonnage is sometimes done during fermentation. 60% of the wine is fined with bentonite clay for stability and clarity.
