Sourced from four lieu-dits in the Hautes-Cotes de Nuits: Les Tilles, La Croix, Les Chaumes, and le Champ Lavoca. The vines are up to 75+ years of age, and as young as a decade. The grapes will undergo five days of carbonic maceration before several rounds of pigeage. The wine is then pressed into a combination of new and old barrels for élevage. Bottled without filtering or fining.
