Chez Edouard Cuvee Haute Densite originates from an exceptionally unique site characterized by an incredibly steep slope, necessitating manual tillage with support from a winch positioned at the top of the slope. The densely planted vines result in smaller, more concentrated berries. The wine is directly pressed, undergoes a light débourbage, and aged for 18 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-10% new oak) followed by 6-12 months in tank.
