Julien’s latest cuvée, Les Petites Pierres, emerges from two distinct parcels in Chenas. One parcel boasts 60-year-old vines rooted in granite stones and clay over granite bedrock, while the other, Gandelins, features 80-year-old vines in a south-facing vineyard with decomposed granite. Following semi-carbonic maceration, the wine ages for 10 months in wooden vats.
