2022 Laisse Tomber (Bastian Wolber), Sur Granit Gamay, VdF 1.5L

Sur Granit is sourced from a petite 0.50 hectare plot, boasting 50 to 80-year-old vines located in Beaujeu, nestled in the southern Beaujolais region. Positioned at a southwest-facing orientation, at an altitude of 350 meters, these vines thrive in granite and clay-limestone soils. After undergoing carbonic maceration in either steel or wood tanks, the wine ages for 10 to 18 months in previously used barrels, ranging in size from 228 liters to 350 liters.
