DOC SWINSONS ALTER EGO SOLERA METHOD RYE 750 mL

One of, if not they only Rye to be continually Aged in a traditional Solera system throughout the USA using fractional blending. Wehandmade our own Solera Pyramids of Rum casks to age Doc’s Alter Ego Rye blend. We use a blend of 3 Ryes aged 3, 4 & 6yrs w / two mashbills, of 95% and 51% Rye. We use our old bourbon barrels (13yr Seagram Bourbon, 12yr TN Bourbon, and MANY more) to age our Rum blend (Trinidadian, Crucian, Venezuelan, Jamaican, etc.). Release #21-003 was the first release that went through the entire solera!
