Hand-harvested grapes utilized for this bottling are Old Wente, Hyde-Wente, and Clone 4 clones of Chardonnay sourced from vines that are 5 to 50+ years old and planted within DuMol’s Estate, Morelli Vineyard, Flax Estate, Charles Heintz Vineyard, and Ritchie Vineyard. The wine completed malolactic conversion and is fermented and aged for 11 months in 30% new French oak followed by three months settling in tank.
