A wild blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, Albarino, Verdelho, and Riesling. The skin contact provides a fair amount of body for the orange peel, apricot, and marzipan flavors. A soft tannic grip makes for a versatile food pairing. Sustainably farmed and vegan.

50% Chenin Blanc, 35% Riesling and 15% Pinot Gris with 29 days of skin contact.  This wine is earthy with notes of spice, citrus peel and stonefruit. Perfectly paired with spicy food.
