Allowed to mature for an impressive 31 years, this Single Malt from Glentauchers was matured in a single first fill sherry puncheon. Rich fruitcake aromas combine with cinnamon spice and dark toffee. Stewed fruit and bitter dark chocolate flavours are balanced by cracked black pepper. A full finish with forest fruit, clove and orange.
