Made using 100% Islay malts, the Smoky lives up to its name. Using a combination of American oak and Pedro Ximenez casks for maturation, there is a myriad of smokiness – Smoked sugar and salt meet smoked meats, rich clove and delicate honeycomb upon drinking. Nose: ashy, medicinal & fruity. Taste: smoked meats, cloves & honeycomb.
