The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this rich and seductive red were sourced from Beck Vineyard, located in the Creston District at an elevation of 1,700 feet; small percentages of Cabernet Franc, Saint-Macaire, Petit Verdot, and Malbec were blended in. A nosing of cinnamon, wild berries, and heather leads to a sumptuous and concentrated palate of coffee-laden blackberry and notable phenolic maturity.
