This 15 year old sherry cask, bottled exclusively for ImpEx Beverages, was matured in an oloroso sherry butt for 12 years before a second maturation in an oloroso hogshead for a further 3 years.

The result is a marriage of rich sherry notes, rounded peat smoke and layered fruit.
