A single barrel bottling of Knob Creek Bourbon, selected by Fred Noe IV in collaboration with the San Diego Barrel Boys (SD BB). The bourbon was distilled in January 2011 and matured for 9 years in Jim Beam’s Warehouse Z on Rick 12. It was bottled in August 2020 at 120 proof (60% ABV). Knob Creek was introduced in 1992 as part of the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection, together with Booker’s, Baker’s and Basil Hayden. It is named after the area in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln grew up.…
