A naturally-made, traditional aperitif wine based on Elisa Carta’s old family recipes reworked with local botanicals from around Lake Garda. The base is organically-farmed Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes and its color is extracted from hibiscus and monarda flowers. No chemicals or artificial color used. Try it in a spritz, negroni, or a paloma with your favorite tequila or mezcal.

The primary botanicals include hibiscus, monarda flowers, gentian, red potatoes, china, rose hips, bitter orange. Base wine made from locally grown Garganega and Trebbiano di Lugana. Infusions done individually, blended, and rested for a short time in steel. Colored with monarda, hibiscus flowers, and red potatoes. Delicate and floral on the nose and mildly bitter with juicy cherry, orange peel, and rose notes. Marked by bright acidity and a long gentian inflected finish.
