Additional Information: Corail is 100% Cabernet Franc grown and cropped at low yields from chalky, clay-limestone soils. Corai l is pressed slowly and gently to obtain its pale salmon color and ferments in stainless steel tanks before bottling and aging on the lees for 12 months before disgorgement. Corail has a slightly higher dosage than the Cremants from Grenelle to emphasize the Cabernet Franc’s delicate fruit flavors.
