“Mukuzani is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from Saperavi sort of vine, cultivated in the Mukuzani micro-zone of the Kakhetian region. The wine is aged in an oak barrel and has a dark ruby color with oak flavor, spicy taste and saturated flavor. The wine is recommended together with veal, lamb, pork and cheese under a temperature of 60 °F – 65 °F.” —winemaker
