Our Tempranillo earlier and at lower sugar levels to lessen alcohols impact and strengthen the wine with natural acidity. Aromas of honeysuckle and lime pith radiate from the glass with tones of pink lemonade, white peach, and perfumed lilies. A dialed back alcohol of 13.5% and moderate amount of acidity creates space on the entry of the palate for a rich array of tropical lychee and mango along with honeydew melon. A racier mid-palate of acidity creates a zing of lemon and grapefruit that is cut by a creamy note of vanilla Greek yogurt that curates an experience that flows from the entry to a fresh and quick finish.
