Composed of a blended mash bill containing 68% corn, 18% wheat, and 14% malted barley with a matured cask strength of 93-proof, Dareringer is first aged in new American oak with #4 char and later finished in ex-sherry casks previously housing Casknolia Pedro Ximenez sherry.
