Scotty-Boy! wines are inspired by those easy drinking country wines that are made in neighborhood garages and served at the local cantina in large carafes, nicely chilled; or when sweltering, with an ice cube or two in the glass. They are vins de soif (wines of thirst) meant to refresh and quench a thirsty appetite without pretension or self-consciousness. As we like to say at the winery, they’re less judgy and more chuggy.

 Co-fermented with carbonic maceration, this chillable red sings of tasty, spiced cherry,  raspberry and red apple fruit with a kick of acidity.
