Released in consecutive batches bi-annually beginning in 2010, Springbank 12 year old Cask Strength single malt Scotch is crafted from a blend of bourbon and sherry cask matured whiskey with each batch finished to varying cask strengths depending on the year released. Springbank 12 Cask Strength 2021’s release is bottled at 55.9% ABV and carries aromatic notes of thick peat over medicinal herbs, spice, aniseed, and bourbon-soaked oak layered in butterscotch cream.
