Established in 1828, Springbank Distillery still use the same traditional production method that was adopted centuries ago and are involved in every step of the process – making their whisky the most handmade in Scotland. Springbank Pedro Ximenez 10 Year Old features whisky matured for seven years in Bourbon casks and three years in fresh Pedro Ximenez casks. The aroma opens with an unmistakable Sherry influence from the beginning, with rich notes of date syrup and raisins.
