Crafted from Springbank’s vintage 1993 whiskey reserves, this malt Scotch is aged a minimum of 25 years in first-fill Sherry casks for a finished cask strength of 52.3% ABV or 104.6% proof. The Perfect Fifth 25 was produced for a limited run of merely 522 bottles worldwide and offers a nose rich with hues of sea salt and dried apricots over bites of seasoned pears, peat, and barley.
