This high-rye bourbon was aged for more than five years in New American Oak Barrels and then finished for an additional nine months in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Barrels that were hand built in the Jeraz Region of Sothern Spain.
NoseThis bourbon has a sweet and fruity nose with notes of stewed fruits and wine. Taste NotesThe taste is very sweet and rich with dark red fruits, berries, and jammy notes. The finish is medium with more sweet fruits and heavy sherry notes.
