Saiya Brewing Company established in 1902 is located at the foothills of iconic Mt. Chokai in Akita Prefecture. Their master brewer Toichi Takahashi led the brewery to receive countless accolades since 1989, and is a highly regarded sake brewer awarded by the Emperor.
