YUSTE AURORA OLOROSO SHERRY 750 mL

Nose : Toffee and maple syrup at first, with honey lots of nutty notes (peanuts, hazelnuts, sesame seeds). Hints of dusty cellars. Orange peel. Mouth : Buttery texture with a fairly low acidity, still very much on the (slightly roasted) nutty notes and h oney, with a salty edge. Quite silky, but also a tad flat. Medium finish on walnuts.
