1966 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, Richebourg Grand Cru

From about 3.5 hectares of 50+ year-old vines, DRC’s Richebourg is one of the more subtle Grand Crus of the house, growing in effusiveness with time in the cellar; red fruits and minerals come together perfectly with this wine, which when standing on its own is possibly the best of any examples of the vineyard.
