The Rouge cuvée is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, whole cluster fermented for 8-12 days with daily pump-overs. It then ages for three months in enamel vats before maturing for 12 months in old casks—450-liter casks for Grenache and Syrah, and larger barrels for Cinsault. This wine has been perfectly aged, offering beautifully integrated tertiary notes.
