Les Caillerets is a small 0.33 ha parcel featuring 60-year-old vines nurtured on limestone soils. Following a traditional winemaking approach, the process includes extended lees contact and aging in 50% new oak barrels for 15-22 months. Hailing from a lush and bountiful vintage, this wine bursts with ripe stone fruits, hazelnuts, and an undercurrent of flinty minerality.
