2016 Stephane Bernaudeau, Les Ongles, VdF

The Les Ongles vineyard comprises a 2-hectare plot primarily composed of schist, with vines averaging around 30 years old. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation and rests on the fine lees for a year. Stephane has a very enthusiastic, cult-like following, snatch these bottles up while you still can.
