Buffalo Trace Kosher Straight Rye 750ml Bottle

First launched in 2020, Buffalo Trace Distillery continues the reputable alliance with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (aka cRc) to provide its ongoing release of Buffalo Trace Kosher Straight Rye. Utilizing a recipe that strictly adheres to the brewing regulations dictated by the cRc in compliance with the Passover requirements, each batch of this well-crafted rye has aged for at least 7 years in Kosher-approved barrels. According to Passover guidelines, the barrels were first sold to a non-Jewish executive in a sale witnessed by a representative of the cRc. Before bottling, BTD bottling lines are carefully cleaned to ensure no contact with non-Kosher spirits occurs during the bottling process. Buffalo Trace Kosher Straight Rye is bottled at 47% ABV (94-proof) and released after Passover in limited quantities. Enjoy a nose of valley flowers, citrus, honey, and plump grapes over a palate of dark oak, cinnamon, green apple, and citrus.
