Domaine Audebert et Fils Bourgueil Rouge 2022
Bourgueil is the appellation for red wines from the commune of the same name, and six others surrounding it, in the central Loire Valley wine region of France. The wines are made, usually entirely, from Cabernet Franc.
Medium bodied with vivid acidity, this Cab Franc from the Loire exudes flavors of pomegranate, tart red cherry, red bell pepper, potting soil, and white pepper. Remarkably fine tannins reveal themselves in the finish.
