Master distiller Brent Elliott created this Bourbon to commemorate the grand reopening of the distillery. It is the first permanent addition to the portfolio since 2006. Despite adding plenty of water, this concentrated sip showcases flavors of warm vanilla, sugar cookies, and buttery brioche. The finish is extra-long and drying, with accents of baking spice. This Bourbon is sure to please any palate.
