A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 4 to 9 years, finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9 months – blended and specially selected from the mountains of Utah.

Notes of cherry pie filling, orange zest, cacao nibs, candy-glazed almonds, and weathered cedar on the nose. On the palate, fig cookies, red velvet cake, streusel topping, dried rosemary, and hickory. Plum jam and dark chocolate-covered raspberries on the finish.
