Awarded 90 points by Serge Valentin in March 2020 Whiskyfun A lovely coastal Jura bottled by Chapter 7. This has spent 21 years in a single ex-Bourbon hogshead. Oily in texture and with a gentle smoky and maritime character, this grassy and fruity Jura bottling really brings out the distillery’s character. Official Tasting Notes Nose – Grassy fruitiness, fresh herbs, green tea,warm brioche and bread. Palate – Wonderfully fruity with big notes of oranges, green apples and quinces, salted caramel. Finish – Long grassy with liquorice in the aftertaste.
